Fractures of the Right Distal Radius and Ulna with Fixation

This exhibit depicts fractures of the right wrist with reduction and fusion revision. The post-accident condition highlights a fracture of the distal radius, and a fracture of the ulnar styloid process. Closed reduction of the radius fracture was then performed. Surgical revision was later performed to correct wrist angulation by re-breaking the wrist and applying bone graft. Fixation was accomplished with pins.
