Reduction and Fusion of C6-7 Fracture Dislocation

SKU: C10016

This exhibit shows the posterior, lateral, and sagittal post-op conditions of the cervical spine after a C6-7 dislocation injury. The C6-7 fracture dislocation was reduced, realigning the cervical spine, and relieving spinal cord compression. C5-T1 fusion was accomplished through segmental internal fixation of rods and pedicle screws. The lateral masses were decorticated and bone graft was applied to promote fusion. Decompressive laminectomies were performed at C6, C7, and T1.
