Arthroscopic Repair of Right Shoulder Injuries

SKU: C15018

Depicted are the steps of an arthroscopic right shoulder repair. Examination of the shoulder revealed AC joint arthritis, hanging acromion, and tears of the suprapinatus, subscapularis, and infraspinatus. The bursa is resected, and an acromioplasty and distal claviculectomy are performed. The rotator cuff tendon tears are debrided, and two Healicoil anchors are placed into the humeral head. Sutures are passed through the rotator cuff tendons and tied off. A third anchor is placed to secure the subscapularis, and then the infraspinatus sutures are secured with a Versalok anchor.
