Arthroscopic Right Shoulder Capsulolabral Stabilization

A capsulolabral reconstruction is performed on a right shoulder with a complete inferior labral tear and chondral delamination. The chondral defect is debrided to a stable base. The anteroinferior and posteroinferior glenoid rim are debrided to bleeding bone. Then, suture anchors are placed in the anteroinferior and posteroinferior glenoid. Sutures are passed through the capsulolabral complex to secure the capsule to the weakened labrum in order to stabilize the joint.
