Left Arthroscopic Repair of Bankart Lesion with Two Suture Anchors

SKU: S15d01011

A Bankart lesion is a tear of the anteroinferior labrum that is often the result of an anterior left shoulder dislocation. Arthroscopic Bankart repair begins by debriding the tear down to stable tissue and drilling two holes in the anteroinferior glenoid neck. Two suture anchors are loaded with single sutures and screwed into the glenoid neck. The sutures are then passed through the labrum and knotted, completing the repair.
