Arthroscopic and Open Repair of Left Shoulder Injuries

This surgical storyboard demonstrates arthroscopic and open left shoulder repairs. Findings include bursitis in the subacromial space, a supraspinatus tear, and a torn biceps tendon. A synovectomy and bursectomy were conducted. The coracoacromial ligament was resected, and an acromioplasty was performed. The arthroscopic surgery is then converted to an open procedure. Suture repairs of the supraspinatus and biceps tendons are performed to complete the surgery.
