Arthroscopic Repairs of Right Shoulder Capsular Labral Bankart Tears

An arthroscopic exam of the right shoulder revealed capsular labral Bankart lesions and a fracture of the glenoid. The fracture was rasped down to bleeding bone and fixated with two sutures. The Bankart lesions were debrided and stabilized with two suture anchors. The capsule was tightened anteriorly and posteriorly with sutures, and synovitis was debrided.
