Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair, Biceps Tenodesis, and Decompression

SKU: C15035

A rotator cuff repair is performed arthroscopically, along with biceps tenodesis and decompression of subacromial impingement. A labral tear and unstable biceps tendon are debrided. The lesser tuberosity of the humerus is burred down the bleeding bone, and the biceps tendon is attached to it via a suture anchor. Synovitis is removed before the anterior capsule is released, and adhesions are removed. A bursectomy is completed in the subacromial space. The rotator cuff tear and its footprint are debrided in preparation for repair with a knotless suture anchor. Finally, an acromioplasty and distal claviculectomy are completed.
