ORIF of Right Zygomaticomaxillary Complex Fractures
The illustrations depict the surgical steps necessary to repair multiple facial fractures from various incision sites. The maxillo-alveolar fractures were exposed with a gingivobuccal incision, which were then reduced with metal plates and mesh. The orbital floor defect was exposed with the subconjunctival incision, which was then reduced with mesh. The bicoronal flap exposed the superior skull fractures, which were repaired with multiple plates.
