Facial Lacerations and Supraorbital Nerve Repair

This exhibit depicts a complete transection of the frontalis muscle and supraorbital nerve causing eyebrow drooping. The transection of the central branch of the supraorbital nerve leaves the patient with decreased sensation. There is also shredding of the forehead and medial cheek. The supraorbital nerve, frontalis muscle, and forehead laceration are repaired with sutures.
