Right Elbow Fractures with Fixation and Radial Prosthesis

This exhibit depicts right elbow fractures with subsequent surgical fixation and radial prosthesis. Pre-operatively, comminuted fractures of the proximal radius and ulna can be seen, with posterolateral wrist dislocation. The ulna was then reduced, and a proximal ulnar plate was applied with screws. A radial osteotomy was performed, and the radial head was replaced with a prosthesis.
