Right Shoulder Arthroscopic Surgery with Supraspinatus Tear

A prior surgery to correct a supraspinatus tear repair was unsuccessful and required revision. Scar tissue and the sutures from the previous surgery are removed, and the supraspinatus is debrided. Drill holes are made in the glenoid and humerus footprint in preparation for SpeedLock suture anchors. A dermal graft is secured to the glenoid with PushLock and Opus suture anchors and sutured to the infraspinatus.
