Suprasellar Cystic Brain Tumor
This exhibit compares the normal anatomy of the brain (sagittal and inferior) to the pre-op condition with a suprasellar cystic tumor. The suprasellar mass is seen displacing the neurological structures superiorly, calcifying inferiorly, and compressing the pituitary gland. This leads to hypo-pituitarism.
