Arthroscopic Exam and Surgery of the Left Shoulder

SKU: C15034

The arthroscopic exam of the left shoulder reveals tears of the labrum, rotator cuff, and a type II acromion. The chondral defect on the glenoid, synovitis, and tears of the superior labrum, anteroinferior labrum, supraspinatus, and infraspinatus are all debrided. The anteroinferior labrum is repaired with two suture anchors. To address subacromial impingement, a bursectomy is performed, the coracoacromial ligament is resected, and an acromioplasty converts the type II acromion to a type I acromion.
