This exhibit depicts C5-7 posterior hemilaminectomies with bilateral foraminotomies for neural decompression. The procedure begins with a posterior midline incision and exposure of the C5-7 lamina. The lamina of C5, C6, and C7 are partially removed with a drill, allowing access to the neural foramen. Bilateral foraminotomies are then performed to decompress the exiting cervical nerve roots.
