Comminuted Right Elbow Fracture with Open Reduction Internal Fixation

Compared are the post-fall and post-operative conditions of a fractured right elbow. The displaced fracture of the ulnar olecranon process was repaired with an open reduction internal fixation using pins, wires, and a screw. The comminuted intra-articular proximal radius fracture was repaired by an open reduction internal fixation with a radial head prosthesis.
