Erb’s Palsy is a paralytic condition of the upper limb caused by injury to the brachial plexus. The advancement of her condition delineates a hypoplastic right arm with elbow flexion contracture, internal rotation contracture of the shoulder (glenohumeral subluxation), lateral gliding of the scapula, and decreased hand size.
