The post-op condition of the right wrist and the condition of the right wrist after a proposed distal radioulnar joint repair are shown in the exhibit. The post-op condition shows a radial osteotomy that has been secured with a plate, but distal radioulnar joint arthritis and an ulnar styloid nonunion remain. In the post-proposed joint repair condition, the arthritic radioulnar joint is replaced with an APTIS prosthesis, and the nonunion of the ulnar head is resected entirely.
