Facial Fracture Deformities and Proposed Maxillomandibular Advancement

Current skull conditions and proposed surgical repairs are depicted in this exhibit. The current condition includes a saddle nose deformity, mandible fractures, and left maxilla fractures. A bone graft implant harvested from the skull or ribs is proposed to correct the saddle nose deformity. A custom-made alloplastic malar implant, maxillary separatio, and repositioning are proposed as treatments for left maxillary fracture deformities. It is proposed that mandible fracture deformities be repaired by separating the mandible into three parts and repositioning it anteriorly.
