This exhibit features two illustrations and X-Ray films of a left mandibular fracture resulting from tooth extraction. Above left is a panoramic illustration of the skull detailing the non-displaced fracture through the aspect of the extraction site. Beside it is the accompanying X-ray. Below are the illustration and X-ray identifying the post-fixation condition. The fracture has been reduced, while wires and lower arch bars achieve maxillomandibular fixation.
