Left Elbow Olecranon Fractures with Repair

This exhibit depicts two lateral conditions of a left elbow fracture. The post-fall condition shows an acute, nondisplaced fracture of the olecranon process of the ulna. Prior plate and screw fixation can be seen on the distal humerus. Post-operatively, the olecranon fracture has been reduced, with a locking ulnar plate applied for fixation.
