Left Elbow Ulnar Nerve Transposition, Capsulectomy and Hardware Removal

This surgical storyboard shows the process of a left elbow ulnar nerve transposition and capsulectomy. The previous incision site is opened to expose the posterior elbow, and the ulnar nerve is removed from the cubital tunnel. Heterotopic bone is exposed and then removed with a chisel. Flexor muscles are released from the medial epicondyles, and the anterior elbow capsule is removed. Previous hardware is removed, and new hardware is put in place.
