Left Fifth Digit Excision of Scar Contracture

A scar contracture on the left pinky finger is excised due to it causing pain and inhibiting full finger extension. The scar is removed entirely with a scalpel. Then, a Z-Plasty technique is used to revise and reconstruct the scar. The newly made skin flaps are sutured shut to close the incisions.
