Left Hand Reconstruction with Pedicle Flap
The four conditions of left hand reconstruction with a pedicle flap are shown in this exhibit. The first illustration demonstrates the amputation of gangrenous first and third fingers. Second is the creation of a large abdominal pedicle flap for closure of left hand wounds. The abdominal pedicle flap covering the left is shown below, beside the post-operative condition with the final flap sutured closed.
