Right Elbow Ossification, Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, and Repair

This exhibit depicts heterotopic ossification of the right elbow joint, cubital tunnel syndrome, and subsequent repairs. Pre-operatively, the elbow can be seen status-post radial head prosthesis, and lateral collateral ligament repair. The elbow joint has been fused with a large heterotopic ossification, adhesions have formed on the triceps tendon, and the ulnar nerve has been entrapped within the cubital tunnel. Post-operative repairs were accomplished through heterotopic bone excision and adhesion removal. The cubital tunnel was also released, transposing the ulnar nerve anteriorly for decompression.
