This exhibit features a series of five illustrated surgical steps pertaining to the right shoulder tendon transfers. The pre-op condition features glenohumeral dysplasia with an internal rotation contracture, and an underdeveloped right arm with a flexion contracture. The right shoulder superior subscapularis tendon edge is arthroscopically released. The teres major and latissimus dorsi insertions were released through a right axillary incision. The teres major and latissimus dorsi were then transferred to the posterior rotator cuff and secured to the infraspinatus tendon.
