This exhibit features a series of four illustrated surgical steps pertaining to a right shoulder trapezius transfer. Longitudinal incisions are made along the medial border of the scapula and posterior shoulder joint. The trapezius was then harvested off the scapular spine, divided, and passed through a subcutaneous tunnel. It was then joined with the infraspinatus tendon insertion and re-enforced with a piece of allograft.
