Right Wrist Post-Traumatic Arthrosis and Treatment Options

This exhibit presents two different treatment options for post-traumatic arthrosis of the right wrist joint. Fusion of the right wrist could be achieved by debriding the wrist joint and filling the joint with bone graft, and then securing the fusion with a plate and screws. The other option is a wrist replacement, in which a proximal row carpectomy and the distal radius resection would be performed to make adequate room for a wrist prosthesis.
