T10-L1 Thoracolumbar Fusion

This exhibit compares post-trauma and post-operative thoracolumbar spines. Post-trauma, there is a chance fracture at T11 and compression fractures at T12 and L3. Disc bulges are present at L4-5 and L5-S1, and the spinal cord is partially transected at T10. Post-operatively, a thoracolumbar fusion was accomplished from T10-L1 with pedicle screws, rods, and bone graft.
