Anterior Skull Fractures with Right Craniotomy and Repairs

This exhibit depicts anterior fractures of the skull with a subsequent right craniotomy and repairs. Pre-operatively, fractures of the anterior skull can be seen, including: bilateral fractures of the frontal bone, bilateral orbital roof fractures, disruption of the ethmoid sinus roof, displaced fracture of the right nasal bone, displaced right tripod fracture, right orbital fractures, and right maxillary fractures. Bone graft struts and metal plates were used to fixate fractures of the zygomatic sutures. Right frontal fractures and a craniotomy have also been repaired with miniplates.
