C3-4 Posterior Cervical Hemilaminectomy with Bilateral Foraminotomies

This exhibit depicts a C3-4 posterior hemilaminectomy with bilateral foraminotomies for neural decompression. The procedure begins with a posterior midline incision and exposure of the C3-4 lamina. The inferior lamina of C3 and superior lamina of C4 are partially removed with a drill, allowing access to the neural foramen. Bilateral foraminotomies are then performed to decompress the exiting cervical nerve roots.
