This exhibit depicts a left elbow arthroscopy and an open tendon repair of the extensor carpi radialis brevis (ECRB). An arthroscopic exam indicates synovitis and degenerative changes in the radiocapitellar joint. A longitudinal incision over the lateral epicondyle reveals a complete capsular tear. The ECRB tendon is excised and then repaired with sutures.
