Open Reduction Internal Fixation of T9-10 Fracture

A lateral post-op condition of the thoracic spine shows a T10 vertebra fracture-dislocation that has been stabilized via open reduction internal fixation. A decompressive laminectomy was performed at T10. Rods and pedicle screws were used in the posterior fixation, and bone graft harvested from the T10-11 spinous processes was applied to decorticated bone.
