Right Hand Injuries and Surgical Release

Pre and post-op conditions of the right hand, along with three surgical steps, are depicted. Pre-operatively, the right hand is afflicted with a middle trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, a traumatic ganglion cyst, an ulnar collateral ligament tear, a flexor carpi radialis insertion tear, and first carpometacarpal joint degeneration. Surgery is performed to release the carpal tunnel by incising the transverse and palmer carpal ligaments. The trigger finger contraction is released by incising the third digit A1 pulley.
