1. What is your turnaround time, and do you accept rush cases?

• • Our typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the time of your request to delivery of visuals. However, our team will do our best to provide you with quality visuals to aid in your case if your deadlines are earlier than 6 weeks.
  • Rush solutions are based on the scope of work and your timeframe. These include expedited custom illustrations, radiological colorizations/enlargements, and stock exhibits.

2. How much does X cost?

• • That depends! Our prices are based on a variety of factors including the quantity and complexity of the project. Most projects can be estimated based on our website’s pricing guide, but it’s always best to get a free quote from our team for comprehensive exhibit description(s) and cost breakdown.
    

3. Do you offer animations in addition to static visuals? How about posters?

• • YES and YES. Anatomical offers a variety of products including stock exhibits, radiological illustrations, surgical storyboards, medical device visuals, creative illustrations, and 2D/3D animations.
  • Static visuals are always sent digitally via email and as letter prints. We also offer posters that are laminated, mounted, and framed at an additional cost.

4. What do you need from me to create visuals for my case?

• • The records and documents necessary for a project vary dependent on the scope of the work. However, typical records and necessary information include case deadlines, radiological films with corresponding reports, operative reports, medical expert reports, hospital admission/discharge reports, and post-injury photographs.
