Removal of C5-6 Disk Arthroplasty and Fusion

SKU: C11023

A cervical arthroplasty revision is performed to remove a prior C5-6 disk fusion that caused a reversal of cervical lordosis. An incision is made on the anterior neck to expose C4-C6. The ProDisc-C and fibrotic tissue are removed from the C5-6 disk space. The right neural foramen is decompressed, and a DePuy Zero-P VA implant is packed with bone graft and inserted into the C5-6 disk space. A plate is placed over the C5-6 to secure the cervical fusion.
